Power Math and The Handwriting Academy at Anasazi Elementary School

The Power Math program is comprised of thirty-three concepts presented in a combination of curriculum, computer practice, and educational games. Depending on their skill level, your child will learn and practice numeracy and basic operations, fractions, decimals, area, volume, capacity, mass, percent, ratios, integers, exponents and roots, order of operations, probability, and the basics of geometry and algebra. Students also practice strategies for solving word problems.
The Handwriting Academy is a fun and interactive program developed by certified elementary educators and occupational therapists to build fine motor and handwriting skills for students aged 4-11. Students learn proper pencil grip, letter recognition, letter formation, spatial awareness, and writing fluency. The program builds skills in Upper Case, Lower Case, Numbers, and Cursive handwriting based on developmental readiness.
