Women's Self-Defense Seminar

Tyler Warren (manager and assistant instructor at the Scottsdale Martial Arts Center) will be hosting a women's self-defense seminar to help raise funds to send the SMAC competition team to the United States Karate Nationals.
This seminar will cover awareness, prevention, risk reduction, risk avoidance as well as physical techniques. An ideal blend for both teenagers and adults.
There will be a mininum donation of $10 and all participants will receive a free pepper spary.
